Sontronics STHAL – Supercardioid Dynamic Microphone for Guitar Amps

The Sontronics HALO is a supercardioid dynamic microphone designed by guitarists to capture the tone of a guitar and amplifier. Its pre-EQ'd response is intended to deliver usable results with less need for heavy equalization or adjustment. Alongside guitar cabinets, HALO is recommended for harmonica and snare drum.

HALO combines a 50 Hz to 15 kHz frequency response with 5.5 mV/Pa sensitivity and a maximum SPL rated at 140+ dB. Its 3-pin XLR output connects to the microphone signal chain without requiring phantom power, making setup straightforward.
