Shipping & Delivery
We strongly encourage you to protect your package with SavedBy! If not, you won’t be covered for dammaged, theft, or loss.
The order confirmations that you received by email, SMS, or through the Shop app can include a link to the order status page.
To track your order on the order status page, you can log into your customer account.
Shipment will usually take 2 to 5 business days to arrive.
We take care of each order on the same day that your order is placed. Orders placed from Friday to Monday will be picked up by the carrier on Tuesday.
Some items like vinyls, books, accessories and certains instruments brands can be shipped worldwide.
Otherwise, we are a Canadian retailer for the brands we carry.
Returns and Exchanges
You may exchange items within 30 days, with a 10% restock fee.
- 30 days is determined from the date of purchase.
- We do not full-refund orders, exchanges or store credit only.
- All returned items must be in the same condition as when you purchased it, in original packaging, with all manuals and warranty card. Returns should show no signs of wear or abuse.
- All repair or service costs required to put items into original condition as when purchased will be deducted from the store credit.
- We will not accept more than 1 return per purchase.
- Client is responsable for returning the item at their costs including the insurance of the total amount of the purchase.
- No exchanges or refunds for microphones, headphones, interfaces, controllers or any items with download codes, sales items, wind or brass instruments.
