Jackson Pro Origins 1985 Limited Edition San Dimas® SD1 HH FR, Ebony Fingerboard, Yellow Bengal

For over 40 years, Jackson has been the guitar of choice for the world's most legendary metal shredders and hard rockers. Now we're going back to our roots and paying tribute to our iconic history with the Pro Origin 1985 Series.

Built with pride in Ensenada to celebrate Jackson's beginnings, the Pro Origin Series brings back the San Dimas style that defined a generation of boundary-pushing guitar gods. Featuring Seymour Duncan® JB in the bridge and Hotrails™ in the neck. The resonant alder body delivers the perfect balance of warmth and punch, with exceptional sustain and clarity that cuts through the mix. Each maple neck is artfully tinted to capture that coveted amber glow of perfectly aged wood, while the sleek, speed-optimized neck profile ensures your fingers fly across the fretboard with devastating velocity. From 12"-16" compound radius ebony fingerboard with large dot inlays to top-mounted Floyd Rose 1000 series double locking tremolos, these new/old classics are loaded with the features that true metalheads crave, letting you channel the spirit of the glory days when Jackson ruled the LA scene.

The Pro Origin 1985 Series mixes throwback vibe with modern playability for a retro-futuristic style that stands out. With historically accurate Jackson pickup tones meticulously recreated from the original specifications, these shred machines let you reconnect with the rich heritage of a true industry pioneer.
