Added modern features include a mix knob for blending clean and driven signals, a pickup-voicing selector for humbuckers or single-coils, and an external voltage booster for extra headroom. With premium analog components, selectable true/buffered bypass, and meticulous hand-testing in Austin, TX, the Tube Squealer delivers classic tube-driving tone with unmatched flexibility.

The Greatest Tube-Driving OD, Times Three

The Warm Audio Tube Squealer is a faithful recreation of not one, not two, but three of the most celebrated mid-gain overdrives known for driving tube amps into blissful tonal saturation. These three classic voicings, accurately recreated by the Tube Squealer, have shaped some of the most iconic guitar tones in history, used by legends and featured in countless celebrated effects chains. The added mix knob, voltage boost, bypass selector, and pickup voicing selector make the Tube Squealer a high-value overdrive that never needs to leave your board.

Three Voicings, Same Great Tube Saturation

The three voicings of the Tube Squealer, labeled 808, TS10, and TS9, distinctly switch the circuitry to recreate the venerable Japanese circuits from the late '70s through the late '80s. The 808 voicing delivers the earliest versions of the classic overdrive. TS9 delivers the most popular and produced version. The TS10 circuit is an oft-overlooked classic circuit only gaining popularity as time goes on.

Features Fit For Any Rig

The Tube Squealer takes the concept of the tube-driving mid-gain overdrive to the next level by including three features that add tons of flexibility to any setup.

Mix Knob

Easily dial back the entire signal of the pedal and blend in the clean tone, or, completely turn the mix knob off for authentically original tube-driving tone.

Pickup Voicing Selector

Delivers an alternative to the typical "screaming" midrange emphasis that goes so well with singlecoils. Engage the humbucker voice and hear more presence and remove the "mud" that sometimes accompanies this OD's pairing with dual-humbucker instruments.

True Bypass Selector

Ensures the Tube Squealer is adaptable to any pedalboard configuration.

External Voltage Doubler

Instantly increase headroom on Tube Squealer for more boosted tones before the pedal starts to saturate.

Premium Components, 100% Analog Circuitry

The Tube Squealer is loaded with premium analog components including JRC4558 op-amps, discrete transistors & diodes, and premium JFETs, making up the all-analog circuitry required to deliver three iconic overdrive pedals in one stompbox. Tube Squealer delivers symmetrical clipping, authentically recreating the first-of-its-kind pedal topology used in the original Japanese pedals.
