Warm Audio WA-FLFT – Fluff Drive High-Gain Overdrive Pedal, Teal

Fluff Drive is Ryan "Fluff" Bruce's first signature screaming overdrive, dialed in for metal & high-gain guitar. Featuring modded low boost to tighten bass response, selectable pre/post mid enhance placement for sculpting tones, variable noise gate control for tight riffs, and a voltage boost that increases headroom before saturation, Fluff drive delivers a loved original with mods that are metalhead-approved. Built with premium analog components including JRC4558 op-amps, discrete transistors, JFETs, and an internal voltage doubler supply, all Fluff Drive’s are meticulously hand-tested in Austin, TX and backed by Warm Audio’s 5-year warranty trusted by musicians, engineers, and producers worldwide.

Features

• First Signature Pedal from Fluff & Warm: The Fluff Drive is Warm Audio’s first signature pedal, created with Ryan “Fluff” Bruce of Riffs, Beards & Gear: one of the most trusted & wildly popular voices in heavy guitar tone & pedal reviews. After pushing thousands of pedals to their limits, Fluff added critical mods & helped refine this legendary ’80s high-gain platform into a stompbox that delivers the aggressive mids, tight punch, and instant clarity modern rigs demand.

• A High-Gain Staple: The Limited Edition Fluff Drive is Ryan “Fluff” Bruce’s signature take on the screaming overdrive metal and hardcore players count on to tighten amps and push tones into controlled chaos. Inspired by the famed original, it hits the front of an amp hard; driving power tubes into rich saturation far beyond standard preamp gain. Designed to slot effortlessly onto any metal or hard-rock board with critical mods and added features, Fluff Drive delivers the fast, focused tone of a beloved pedal without endless tweaking. The result is the punch, response, and control Fluff trusts in his own rigs, built for modern high-gain players who expect more from their drive pedal.

• Mods Made For Metal: When developing this project, the Warm team worked with Fluff to add features that better serve modern metal rigs. A tighter low-boost circuit improves tracking for down-tuned guitars, baritones, and 7 or 8-string setups. A mid-enhance switch places the boost before or after the gain stage for flexible shaping. The high/low noise gate adapts for sustained leads or tight palm-muting, while the 18V mode increases headroom for clearer gain. Premium analog components ensure studio-grade performance on stage or in the studio.

• Premium Components, 100% Analog Circuitry: Fluff Drive is loaded with premium analog components to deliver a metal-worthy overdrive with mods that high-gain players will love. Like the original, Fluff Drive contains JRC4558 Op-Amps, discrete transistors like the original high-gain screaming pedal. Mods demand the addition of an internal voltage doubler and an all-analog gate not found on the original Japanese pedals.
